Backyard dish owners:
To watch us via satellite requires a Digital Satellite Receiver capable of receiving MPEG2 DVB 4:2:0 signals. No encryption is used on our signal. A digitally stable C-Band LNB or LNC is required. The C-Band Dish should be 2 degrees compliant and probably no smaller than 8 feet for reliable reception (it must be accurately aimed at AMC-2, formerly AMC-4).
Check out www.skyvision.com and look at their new selection on consumer grade MPEGII DVB 4:2:0 receivers. You can also contact Rick's Satellite in Missouri at (816) 228-1801, or Rick's Satellite on the web. Ask about preprogramming the receiver for Golden Eagle Broadcasting.
